Captain Joe Weatherby's Fundraisers at the Half Shell Raw Bar

Over the past few months the Half Shell has held Happy Hours Benefits for Joe. We sold out of a Tee Shirt that honored Joe with his fight. We even raffled off a signed Kenny Chesney Guitar to raise funds for Joe. Captain Joe has dedicated his life to preserving and creating reefs in the Florida Keys. In 2009, Joe was the driving force behind the sinking of the 523-foot-long USNS General Hoyt s. Vandenberg.

Joe is best known for sinking ships but heeds and has gotten our help to stay afloat.
